Position: CNC Machinist
Shift: 1st or 2nd shift
Setup, adjust, checkout programming and operate CNC machine tools in vertical/horizontal machining centers to perform a complex series of progressive machining operations. Work to close and exacting tolerances requiring considerable skill and broad knowledge of machining techniques and CNC tool operational procedures. Check parts during production runs.

Position: Quality (AS9100) Coordinator
Shift: 1st shift
Person with strong backround in Quality Assurance procedures and AS9100 compliance to direct all aspects of the company program for continued AS9100 certification. Assist managers in constructing and updating their procedures, work instructions, forms, and quality plans. Train and lead company internal audit teams. Assist Quality Manager with related duties as required. Interact daily with both Management and shop personnel on quality procedural issues to maintain AS9100 compliance. Position: Mechanical Inspector
Shift: 1st shift
Inspect first piece, in-process, and finished parts and assemblies. Determine acceptance or rejection in accordance with customer and company standards by using blueprints, schematics, and precision measuring equipment. Inspect purchased material and parts received from outside finishers and fabricators. Might function as Designated Source Inspector as required. Position: Press brake set up/operator (1st shift) Set up and operate CNC and conventional brake presses to form and/or bend sheet metal and other parts. Hold extremely close tolerances. Position: Grinder/Deburrer (1st shift) Set up and operate equipment or use hand tools to grind, finish weld seams, and/or remove burrs from a wide variety of metal parts. Use burr tools, disc and wheel grinders, tumblers, etc. Apply appropriate finish to sheet metal parts.
