Position: CNC Machinist
Shift: 2nd Shift
Setup, adjust, checkout programming and operate CNC machine tools in vertical/horizontal machining centers to perform a complex series of progressive machining operations. Work to close and exacting tolerances requiring considerable skill and broad knowledge of machining techniques and CNC tool operational procedures. Check parts during production runs.

Position: Supervisor
Shift: 1st shift
Direct supervision of hourly employees in AS9100 certified metal fabrication facility. Requires extensive knowledge of standard sheet metal operations and CNC machining technology. Experience with "Lean" manufacturing and TIG welding strongly desired. "Hands-on" individual with proven supervisory track record including equipment, processes, and operating conditions. Position: Inventory Control
Shift: 1st shift
Monitor and maintain inventory of raw materials, work in process, and finished goods. Develop control systems as required. Evaluate inventory levels and coordinate with Purchasing for order/reorder. Dispose of outdated materials, files, tooling, etc. as necessary. Prepare and update inventory reports using computerized system. Skills needed include general inventory control backround, computer literacy, knowledge of MRP in metal fabrication, good communication, and high degree of organization. Position: I.T. Person
Shift: 1st shift
Implement, manage, upgrade all aspects of "Epicore" VANTAGE ERP system within a manufacturing environment. Requires previous expertise with VANTAGE development tools (especially knowledge of VANTAGE version 8.0), Crystal Reporting, and thorough understanding of programming languages "C" (or "C Sharp"),.NET, and HTML in a Progress environment. Similar experience with DataBase development/reporting preferred. Proven record diagnosing complex issues within computerized manufacturing systems. Inspect first piece, in-process, and finished parts/assemblies. Determine acceptance or rejection in accordance with customer and company standards by using blueprints, schematics, and precision measuring equipment. Inspect purchased material and parts from outside finishers and fabricators. Might function as designated source inspector as required. Experience operating CMM'c desired. Position: Metal Deburrer
Shift: 2nd shift
Set up and operate equipment or use hand tools to grind, finish weld seams, and/or remove burrs from a wide variety of metal parts. Use burr tool, disc and wheel grinders, tumblers, etc. Also apply appropriate finish to sheet metal parts. Check quality of work. Previous experience preferred.
